I have tonnes of dill growing at the moment, so I should put fish on the menu for next week.
Blessings
Renata:)Renatahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13546331512433403550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14988614.post-16645195147508916402012-06-27T18:46:47.346-07:002012-06-27T18:46:47.346-07:00Looks and sounds wonderful! I've just been serving fish with butter and lemon, but this was the perfect idea! I have two thriving dill plants in the garden, so that part was easy. I had to use plain yogurt instead of sour cream/creme fraiche, but hubby liked it anyway!

We're in for another round of high temperatures starting tomorrow, but so far I haven't found it too unbearable. Maybe I'm not working hard enough!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14988614.post-21632415466882072742012-06-25T20:14:34.263-07:002012-06-25T20:14:34.263-07:00Yum! Beautiful sauce too.KathyB.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13076933273610590290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14988614.post-48572586206282755542012-06-25T17:00:48.497-07:002012-06-25T17:00:48.497-07:00I have some Alaska Salmon in my freezer (lucky me ...I have some Alaska Salmon in my freezer (lucky me ~ my brother in law has a charter out of Alaska!) This will be wonderful! I just wish I had made my own mayo! Never tried before. I'm sure it is easy. As soon as we use up the jar in the fridge, I must try!
We have had more than our share of rain, rain, rain! One or two nice days and then back to cool temps and rain. Now, how's my garden supposed to grow? The weeds are doing fabulously, the veggies ~ not so much! Too bad we can't trade a few days a week, huh? :~DLady Farmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12478162101957028151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14988614.post-51894581563141598932012-06-25T16:38:24.298-07:002012-06-25T16:38:24.298-07:00YUM! It's good tucked in with tuna fish salad too!

It's been too hot here lately. In the 90s for the past couple of weeks. Hardly any rain either. I'm to looking forward to July and August!Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05347598432040432610noreply@blogger.com
