
This is my homemade salsa. It doesn't really qualify as a salad, per se, however, it DOES have salad ingredients in it.
I'd LIKE to give you the recipe....
BUT
then I'd have to kill ya.
It's a, ssshhh..., secret recipe, handed down from savvycityfarmer.blogspot.com, nearly 20 years ago.
Maybe...if you asked real nice, she'll let you have it.
Don't count on it.

yum!!! looks so good!! My tomatoes are being so slow to ripen that I havn't got to can any salsa yet..hopefully by the weekend.
I love the corn and black beans in it!! Do you like cilantro in yours? I do..but some of my kids don't..so I do two bowls when it is for eating fresh...and it all dissapears. Enjoy!!!

I got the recipe! I'm making this for my SIL's and me this weekend while we put up jelly. This could be a meal in itself. Thanks for sharing Joy's cooking talents with us! ( and yours too for that matter!) Let's see... What wine would go with this salsa? :);)
