IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE...

CHRISTMAS????

We are barely into November, and today we are expecting anywhere from a "dusting" to 2" of snow.
Once we are done with October, it's no holds barred.
I am in the holiday mood!
No, my tree doesn't go up till after the 1st week of December, but...soon my snowmen collection will make it's way up from the "abyss". My greens will be peeking out of the window boxes, stairway, and mantle.
And Bing will be crooning "White Christmas".
Cause around here...
IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS!!

We had some snow at our house today, but it didn't stick. I love your front porch, especially that screen door!

Will you be cutting a fresh tree?????

I am actually decorating a clients' home today for Christmas...just a LITTLE too soon for me...although I would not mind gazing at my white sugar churches

I love this post and pics! You still have the wonder of a little kid about Christmas time. Your home and garden looks like it belongs in a country living magazine Cyn...dang I wish we were neighbors. I want to take the fall decor down but have to will myself to wait until after Thanksgiving or I would be putting up a tree now! LOL and listening to der Bingle and Rosemary Clooney crooning away... I LOVE that movie!:) have a great weekend farmeressCyn!

Thanks for the b-day wished via savvycity. I TRY to wait until T-giving eve to put my tree up...not gonna happen this year. I couldn't resist when it was snowing yesterday! I probably need a 12-step program.

I caught it... I never know when it's gonna hit me... but I caught it... from YOURRRRR site! Yes, the music - that's what did it. I caught the Christmas Spirit. Whoa! Holding on to my pocketbook!

Don't have the sound on, and I am far more the 'bah humbug' sort, but I can still hear Bing singing softly now in my head...

Sorry, didn't mean to scare you today.
"Struggle" is a strong word for what I was trying to depict, but the only one that has come to mind so far. Know of any others?! Anyhow, no worries! But thank you for your kind thoughts, anyway.

Snow, sigh... We might see some this Christmas as we are going to be in the Midwest. some would be nice, just not so much that our flights are delayed...
Christmas here is usually sunny and bright - just doesn't seem right....
