STINK...STANK...

SKUNKED!!!!

This is Fuzzy.
Fuzzy has not had a good day, so far.
Outside for his morning stroll, he came upon a skunk.
Pepe Le Pew was not as delighted to find a new friend, as Fuzzy was to find Pepe.
Pepe let Fuzzy have it, full in the face.
Here Fuzzy is having his tomato sauce/Dawn dish soap bath.
Fuzzy is not happy.
And the house stinks to high heaven this morning.
Ahhhh.
Life on Cyn's farmette.
Does it get any better than this?

Go ahead and get my padded room ready. I know im about to lose the few blog friends I have,But here it goes. I LOVE to smell skunks! It warms my heart.. I will roll down my window to smell one.I thought all my years I was CRAZY. as I grew older I finally realized what it is. When I was a toddler my grandfather lived on a farm. He died when I was real small. When we would take a long drive to see him I knew we were close when we crossed the cattle gap and I always smelt a skunk. If your kitty doesn't come clean please let me know and I will love it foever!

Oh no! Poor kitty! and poor you for having to wash him. My mother in law taught me to walk through the house with a lite match, the sulfer makes the stink go away and to use tomato juice on the critters. LOTS of tomato juice!

Oh the fun of having critters around.

Oh poor Fuzzy (we have a cat that is named Fuzzy too...I call her Fiona but the kids won't call her that..she is fuzzy to them)
Fuzzy sure looks mad. Poor thing!!
I have been smelling the skunks out in our area alot lately..must be the season. I remember when I was a kid and we lived in Idaho we had a skunk get in our basement somehow while my dad was working out of town..it was awful..and when he got home he shot it and made things a million times worse. I thought my mom was going to kill him. Looking back he was young..in his late 20's and he was a man..just wanting to shoot something..but oh my!!!
I hope you are able to get Fuzzy smelling like a kitty again!

Yikes!!! Poor Fuzzy, poor you! Several years ago I was living in an apt. adjacent to some woods...my neighbors dogs got out and got SKUNKED...the smell spread to my apt. and I had a job interview the next day! I kept wondering the whole time whether I smelled like skunk...never did hear from them again, so maybe I did!

Oh My!!!!!!! Just last night my daughter had her dogs over and it was dark outside, and we started smelling skunk. We tracked down the dogs to make sure they didn't get it. Yuck!

Also Cyn, I will be soon making my blog available by invitation only. If you are interested, please stop by my blog and let me know, thanks!!
