Cindy, I had my left knee replaced in 2004 and it was way overdue. Good experience, and am pain free most of the time, my right knee will be done in the future. Good luck with the surgery and rehab. Do your exercises and you'll be fine!! It's wonderful not to have all that pain!! Will keep you in my thoughts!! ...debbie (visiting via Never Done Farm)

We're thinking about you! Don't be a hero, if you need pain meds, do it - it's only for a short time (although it won't seem like it I'm sure). Take care of you ~ ♥

I KNEW it all when I saw that little picture of "Mack" on my sidebar! Yes, I understand! Ice, elevate, take those pain pills (as many as they allow - don't be shy about it), rest, don't fight the brain fog, do those exercises, and grit those teeth to get through the first two critcal weeks. There IS life on the other side of the mountain! And it is a happier life! {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

May the Lord give you the Grace you need for this time of rest and healing!
