Something new this year at our CSA! An Asian green similar to Bok Choy... and there's no waste...you eat the whole dang thing! Flowers, leaves and stems. Watch out Euell Gibbons!
Wonderful!! When I was a teen, I had the opportunity to meet the brother of Euell Gibbons on a camping trip with my Uncle & Aunt in New Mexico. Very interesting man...even to a 15 year old.

HA! You've got pine nuts, too? :oP
Euell Gibbons, Jack La Lanne, and Jacques Cousteau.... We are too cool for school. LOL

Hi Cyn, I have never heard of this, please let us know how you like it, thanks for sharing.

I was so bummed, none was left when I was there :-(
I have never heard of those, it looks sort of like lettuce. (I am probably way off, but that's just me :)
Blessings,

Ooo! What are you going to make with it?!
Too funny! We were just talking about Euell Gibbons the other night at the dinner table. Sadly our girls didn't understand the humor.
That doesn't look to tempting to me but I'm certain you will be able to dress it up and it will taste suburb.
I'm sure you'll create something tasty out of these, but I have never heard of it. Certainly no waste with getting to cook all of it though! Enjoy!
