One CSA membership...

Hon Tsai Tai

Something new this year at our CSA!
An Asian green similar to Bok Choy...
and there's no waste...you eat the whole dang thing!
Flowers, leaves and stems.
Watch out Euell Gibbons!

I have never heard of those, it looks sort of like lettuce. (I am probably way off, but that's just me :)

Wonderful!! When I was a teen, I had the opportunity to meet the brother of Euell Gibbons on a camping trip with my Uncle & Aunt in New Mexico. Very interesting man...even to a 15 year old.

Too funny! We were just talking about Euell Gibbons the other night at the dinner table. Sadly our girls didn't understand the humor.

I'm sure you'll create something tasty out of these, but I have never heard of it. Certainly no waste with getting to cook all of it though! Enjoy!
