Time well spent...

Fermented gingered carrots and spicy dill carrots

While I'm in the kitchen doing this kind of stuff......

Ipod and cassette player

I'm listening to this!

My ipod is several years old, but since I am the only one who uses it, I figure it will last me a very long time.
I don't have music loaded on it, per se, but lots and lots of teachings downloaded from sermonindex.com or sermonaudio.com.

At the spin of a dial I can listen to David Wilkerson, Paul Washer, Zac Poonen, Paris Reidhead, Leonard Ravenhill, or a myriad of others.

When I am doing repetitious kitchen chores, like slicing carrots, or even doing dishes, I can glean from these incredible men of God.

In my neck of the woods, the birds are chirping, the greens are poking their way up out of the cold soil, the sun has been shining, and there is a song in my heart.

Jesus is coming. People get ready.
Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King!!!

In His grace,
Cindy

Hey Cindy!
Love this song I'm listening to here... I usually turn down other people's music, but not yours...
love it!

We're canceling cable this week {thinking of you as we prepare to do this} ...
Did you ever try using the new antennas? We're going shopping for one sometime this week...
Not much on tv anyway...

I love the stillness in my home without so much tv too.

I pray for God to have mercy on us all ~ we, here in America, are so blessed... there should be nothing but gratitude flowing from our lips to thank Him for all we have.

Bless you, Cindy, for sharing your faith ♥

Oh Lord Jesus come quickly, that is our wish, until then we will wait with expectation and thankfulness for His many blessings in our life.

Occupying until that Great and Glorious Day, we "ARE" going to see the King! Until that day it is my disire to focus more and more on what is truly valuable to Him that he has placed in my care, my family, my granddaughters, my home, my little farm, my husband, my sons, my daughter in-law. What an awesome responsibility! Only in His power and strength can I do this and go through menopause at the same time. :o) I can do All things through Christ who gives me strength....right?

I have so much to learn, I know nothing of fermented foods, are they good? I know they are supposed to be good for you but I have never really eaten them.

Hello Cindy,

I have found you through Camille and Miss Heather of Oregon.

Maranatha! I cannot wait for that day to be in His presence. I too love listening to teachings while doing things around the home. It's so fulfilling getting fed. I enjoy Paul Washer's teachings and will check out the other teachers you spoke of too.

Thanks for being so encouraging :)
Have a blessed day!

it's brewing ... everywhere.
The days are evil ... The devil is running rampant.

His grace carries us.
What lies ahead we do not know.
But this one thing I know ... pressing on toward the high calling ...

my conviction is to with pray more.

missn you farmer friend, as always

I have only listened to Bro Poonen's messages via sermonindex or sermonaudio...can't remember which one! Are there messages where he teaches line upon line?
