Eat one, freeze one!I actually made a batch of strawberry/rhubarb jam, then froze the remainder as chunky strawberry puree for smoothies or shortcake .

I LOVE strawberry season... : ) Fermented Asparagus.. Sounds interesting... We LOVE asparagus but have never had it fermented...

How wonderful Cindy!! What a lovely garden you have!! We have had such a long cold spring...our gardens are not looking like yours! Oooohhhh...strawberries!! Soooooo yummy!! Great photos of them...I could just eat one off the screen. :)
