Change is in the air...

True, that....

I have been thinkin' on where my blog is going.
Since I no longer live on my little "farmette", I thought perhaps it was best to just shut this blog down and begin another.

A whole new name change.

A whole new look.

Or even not blog at all anymore.

Sigh...

But then...
after talking to my dear friend Joy, I have decided to keep it as is.

Granted...I am no longer a "live on a farm" kind of farmgirl.
But I am a farmgirl at heart.

And I still have stuff I want to share.
Stuff I need to share.
Stuff I hope you will want to hear.

There will be some cosmetic changes coming...
as soon as I save up enough cash to get another laptop.
I don't really want to download my camera onto hubby's PC, so those changes will have to wait a bit.

But most definitely, some change is in the air.

Thank you, dear friends, for being patient with me.
For being here thru the pain of this past couple of years.
Thru the loss of our farm.
Thru the death of our grandbaby.
Thru the mourning of dear Beau.

And now, I hope you will stay with me thru these new changes.
Cause there really is no place like home.
No matter where home is...

In Christ alone,
Cindy

Take all the time you need, Miz Cindy! Blogging is such a wonderful outlet and it's a cozy place to visit with friends all over the world. So I do hope that you will continue to blog. {{{hugs}}} You've been through a lot of turmoil over the past couple of years.

Oh I am so glad you will be continuing. I have so enjoyed your blog and your blog's sidebar. God is directing each journey and that is such inspiration. Be blessed in this as you move ever forward: each of us identify and come away blessed, having been here.
Grace to you,
Bethie

I am so glad you are leaving your blog as is. I look for it and enjoy your posts very much. I feel like we are friends even though we don't know each other. You have been through some very rough times. I have been through a few myself. It helps to hear your thoughts.

You are most certainly a farmgirl! Even if you lived up in the big city you would be. We'll be here - always. What a tough few years you've gone through. The whole 'quitting blogging thing' must be a virus that's going around. : -)

Even before I got to the part where you wrote that you are a farm girl at heart I was already thinking that to write. Don't you dare leave us, I enjoy all of your postings and ideas. And good Lord willing you'll live on a farm or farmette real soon again girl!

You can take the girl off the farm, but can you take the farm out of the girl?? Nope. Once a farm girl, always a farm girl.

Cindy - I ain't goin' nowhere either! I've thought about ending my blog, too, especially here lately. I'm just not able to blog much - too busy. But I would miss all of you so much! You still have a farmgirl's heart, and that will take you wherever you want to go!

Praying for you sweet friend~
You have had a rough couple of years.

I have been there through the loss of a grandchild. And it is horrible. We too~ are about to move back to town. I have asked myself the same questions.

Be encouraged and keep on. You are a blessing to many of us.

Blessings~

Somehow I missed this blog until today. I know I sometimes feel like my blog is like "going home". Where ever that it...for sure where your heart is. It's more for me than anyone else obviously (few readers/viewers), but it just gives me a place to put my words and life. Glad you have decided to continue. Obviously you are loved.! R

Gosh, Cyn, please don't stop blogging; you're still Farmgirl Cyn, like you say.
The cold has me busy or trying to recover...waiting for the 1st so I can send money -grin-. I have a lame horse, dreadful, she has to have wooden shoes put on and I need help doing that...did I mention it's frigid COLD?! I love my farm and my life but winter really sucks the years out of me.
Don't stop blogging, please, there's no one who can take your place, there's only one you and if you stop doing your job, the world will be empty. Take a break but, please, don't stop.
xoxo

whoa, whoa, WHOA! Just stop. Many bloggers stake their claim as a farm girl while living smack dab in the suburbs on a 100'x80' foot lot with 2 garden beds.

You are a true farmgirl! You owned a bonafide farmette but have now moved. You are blooming where you are planted in the garden of life... Sounds like a farmgirl to me.

Whatever you do, you can never get away from that but I love whatEVER you do.

Gotta tell ya, the bus stop stories are tugging at my heart, God is doing a huge work in you for others and I am excited to see where this goes.
xo KEEP ON GOING
