Would love this~My Mister & I have been trying to steer others in the right direction of whole food eating without overwhelming them~which is what they get when they see all of our foods fermenting on the counter! Baby steps~that's the key!

Why I would like this book? I have been reading Whole Foods Blogs for a couple of months now but find getting started quite overwhelming. "Baby steps" may be exactly what I need. Oh and I follow your blog, as well.

I would love this book! I didn't really grow up cooking, and since getting married it has been a fun challenge to learn a variety of recipes. However, when God challenged us with healthy eating I knew I would have to "expand my horizons"! Sounds like this book would be a great help! Thanks for the promotion!

I'm really just getting started in this whole, back to whole foods, way to live. I now grind my own wheat and make homemade bread for my family...but that's as far as I've gotten. I definitely need some help.

I'll love to get my hands on that e-book! I aim to eat real foods and nourish myself by cooking most of the time, so learning more real foods recipes will help make my diet more interesting and more tasty than ever.

I have been reading a lot about "real food" and have become sort of an admirer of the idea. I have also discussed it with my family. But everything seems so overwhelming! Perhaps the "baby steps" would help me to take those first steps toward a new lifestyle!

I have been following Weight Watchers for the last 2 months, along with the program I have started to be mindful on the vitamins and minerals that a body at my age needs and to incorporate organic foods to supply those needs whenever possible. I am a novice for sure and need a beginners approach to cooking natural, organic foods. This book sounds like a good idea, I am going to give it a look.

Hi Cindy!
I was thinking about you yesterday, speaking to my sister about healthy living and coming up with natural recipes for everything from what we eat to how we clean the house.

She and I have noticed that Cascade dish det. isn't what it used to be because they took the phosphates out.
I told her "I'll be FarmGirlCyn has a "recipe" for auto dish detergent! If not... we can probably come up with something more natural ... The Cascade is leaving white residue on everything.

This book sounds great, Cindy!
Thanks for always inspiring us to "do right" by ourselves and the earth!
Thinking of you often... hoping your heart is comforted ♥
