Spinach and Mushroom Quesadillas
I had a huge post all ready to publish, and...
POOF...
it vanished.
No way to get it back.
Maybe it was meant to be....

My version is pret' near the same as hers, but I made my own sourdough whole wheat tortillas.
VERY easy to do, and no weird ingredients...

So sorry you lost your post. I also had plans for a post today, but it hasn't happened...yet! I have to wait for one of my children to help load pictures because I have so MUCH to learn about blogging...takes me awhile!
